When you’re Justin Timberlake you can bring your son to work.
Timberlake, 37, is about to kick off his new Man of the Woods Tour and what better way to start but make it a family affair!
The singer posted a picture on his Instagram of he and wife Jessica Biel, 36, and their son Silas at the airport. In the picture, the family of three are holding hands and you only see the back of them. Justin captioned the sweet moment, “Goin’ on tour. #MOTWTOUR.”
His 2-year-old son was the inspiration behind his new album. Silas was named after Justin Timberlake’s grandfather who was Justin’s father figure growing up.

Before starting to create his new album Justin was chatting with Pharrell Williams about where to begin. The two started talking about parenthood and out of curiosity Pharrell asked Timberlake what the meaning of Silas’ name was.
Justin admitted not knowing and after quickly Googling the name discovered it meant ‘man of the woods’ in Latin.
Timberlake said at the time of the discovery, “We were having all these discussions and he goes, ‘Man, you know what, that’s a really really good name for a song.’ And I was like, ‘That’s a really good name for an album.’ ”
After that, the creative juices started flowing and it snowballed from there making the album complete.
The father also has been honest about his desire to give his son a sibling someday.
He said in an interview, “I want to have as many kids as we can if I’m being honest.” But at first, fatherhood took the singer out of his comfort zone.
“I’ve never felt more inept in my life. You wake up and all of a sudden there’s this human you’re responsible for,” he admitted.
This tour will be extra special for Justin, he will be able to wake up with his family while on the road.
